We offer refund only in case of proven good reason.
We don’t provide a ‘money back guarantee program’ as this is a digital product that can’t be returned like if it was a physical product. This is to avoid those customers that buy and ask for refunds with no good reason just to obtain the theme for free.
We understand the customer’s need of knowing more before buying a product, so:
-We answer any pre-sale questions about any specific feature the user is looking for.
-We have demos published on the website so that the user can see how the theme looks like. The theme you receive won’t be any different than what you see in the demo, not more and not less. The only feature that is integrated in the theme but relies on third party is the newsletter box, you need a third party service as aweber or similar to have it working.
Sometimes we offer even more than what you see, because customers write us with their needs and we usually offer support via email, for common issues and installation support.
We don’t refund for features that the customer was expecting to have, because as previously said, customer can see from the demos what the theme can do, or can ask if any specific feature is available in the theme before buying it.
A good reason to ask for a refund is if something in the theme doesn’t work, after asking for support to resolve the issue first. This never happened so far because the theme perfectly works.
